Pick-up Policy

We bake each batch fresh to order, just for you 💛

Because our puddin’ is made with fresh, perishable ingredients, it needs to be collected during your scheduled pick-up window.

If you’re unable to make it, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to help; noting that unfortunately, we can’t remake, hold, or refund missed orders for food safety reasons. Any puddin’ not collected on the day will be safely discarded at closing.

If you do miss your collection, you’re always welcome to re-order for the next available date - we’d love to make it for you again.
