Layers of silky vanilla custard, rich cherry compote, soft sponge, and that signature bad gal creaminess; it’s decadent, dramatic, and stupidly addictive. BBQ Mafia’s version includes their exclusive smoked cherries (only available at their venue).

BGP’s Pavlova Puddin’ is the Gold Coast summer in a cup; creamy, fruity, fluffy, and impossible to stop eating.

We took everything iconic about a pavlova (crunchy meringue, whipped cream vibes, fresh fruit sweetness) and folded it into our signature OG base. Think Christmas Day nostalgia meets boujee artisan dessert. She’s bright, she’s sweet, she’s that girl.
